I quite like that Google Earth App where the viewpoint of the Earth starts from the blackness of space, with the planet hanging there, big and round and blue and beautiful, and then the satellite zooms in, zooms in, zooms in closer, until it reaches my own tiny piece of the planet, my exact location. There it is, my house, my very roof, the tree growing outside my writing room window, even the bend of the crescent. I think of this blog like that...

Here it is,  my own little corner of the world.  A small corner, yes, but still my corner. Welcome!
